Find it in the menu bar
After launching, Spaces Pro lives in your menu bar — look for the rocket icon in the top-right of your screen. Click it to open the menu.
Name this desktop
Click the menu bar icon, choose Assign Space to This Desktop, and pick a label such as “Work” or “Design.”
Open Mission Control
Swipe up with three fingers or press Control-Up. The current desktop now shows its colored name card in the thumbnail strip.
Jump anywhere
Use Space Warp in the menu to instantly jump to any labeled desktop by name.
Frequently asked questions
Why don't I see my labels?
Labels appear inside Mission Control, pinned to each desktop's thumbnail. Open Mission Control (three-finger swipe up or Control-Up) and you'll see the name card on each labeled desktop.
Make sure you've assigned a label to the desktop first via Assign Space to This Desktop in the menu bar.
Why does the app ask for Accessibility access?
On some systems, macOS asks for Accessibility permission so Spaces Pro can detect when Mission Control opens and show your labels at the right moment.
Spaces Pro never reads your screen contents, keystrokes, or any other app's data. You can grant access in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Accessibility.
How do I create more desktops?
Open Mission Control and click the + button in the top-right. Switch to the new desktop, then assign it a label from the Spaces Pro menu. macOS supports up to 16 desktops per display.
Can I use a custom image on a label?
Yes. In the label's design options you can choose a solid color, a gradient, or a picture you select from your Mac. Spaces Pro only accesses the specific file you pick.
The label position looks off after connecting a monitor.
Spaces Pro re-calibrates label sizing automatically when you connect or disconnect an external display. If a label still looks off, open Mission Control once to trigger a refresh.
Does Spaces Pro collect any data?
No. Spaces Pro collects no data, requires no account, and stores all settings locally on your Mac. Read the full Privacy Policy.
