Spaces Pro does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. The app has no account system, no analytics, no tracking, and no servers. Everything you configure — labels, colors, and images — stays on your Mac.
01Information We Collect
Spaces Pro collects no personal information. We do not gather names, email addresses, device identifiers, usage analytics, crash reports, or any other data about you or how you use the app.
02Data You Create
When you use Spaces Pro, you may create labels for your desktops — including a name, a color, and optionally a background image you select. This information is stored locally on your Mac using the standard macOS app preferences system. It never leaves your device and is never sent to us or any third party.
If you choose a custom background image for a label, the app accesses only the specific file you select through the standard macOS open panel. It does not scan, index, or access any other files on your Mac.
03System Permissions
To display labels at the correct moment, Spaces Pro observes when Mission Control is opened. On some systems macOS may ask you to grant Accessibility access for this purpose. This permission is used solely to detect Mission Control activity so labels can appear at the right time.
Spaces Pro does not read your screen contents, keystrokes, passwords, or the contents of any other application.
04Network Use
Spaces Pro does not connect to the internet, does not include advertising, and does not use any third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.
05Children's Privacy
Spaces Pro is a utility app that collects no data from anyone, including children under the age of 13.
06Changes to This Policy
